Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- The Organising Committee reserves the right of final interpretation regarding all sponsorship benefits.
- All promotional materials, advertisements and videos intended for use during the conference must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee.

Sponsorship opportunities and promotional resources will be allocated in accordance with the following principles:
- Priority will be allocated based on the date of the signed sponsorship agreement and confirmation of full payment.
- In cases where agreements are finalised simultaneously, priority will be given to higher-value sponsorship packages.
- Organisations wishing to secure sponsorship opportunities or explore strategic collaborations are warmly encouraged to contact the conference sponsorship contacts at their earliest convenience.
